N-CARD Point Redemption & Reward

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF NSK N-CARD POINT REDEMPTION & REWARD
|
|
|
1.

N-Cards that have not yet expired are allowed to make redemption of N-Card points.
|
|
2.
|
Items redeem are while stock availability.
|
|
3.
|
NSK reserves the right to replace items of equivalent value.
|
|
4.
|
NSK is not responsible for any damage of items redeemed.
|
|

|
Redemption must be done by cardholder personally and verification of IC will be done upon redemption. Authorization of representatives will not be entertained unless for exceptional specific reasons. (Upon decision by NSK management)

|
6.
|
Points accumulated are handled by NSK N-Card points system and no complaints will be entertained.
|
|
7.
|
Redemption items that have been booked will not be allowed to be converted to other products.
|
|
8.
|
Collection of items will be at the same branch of redemption.
|
|
9.
|
Items redeemed will be available after a month from the date of redemption (except for the special conditions occur). There may be conditions where availability of items will be more than a month (delay of delivery from manufacturer).
|
|
10.
|
Any delay in delivery of goods from the manufacturer is to be taken into consideration. (More than a month)
|
|
11.
|
Items redeemed using N-Card points cannot be converted into cash.
|
|
12.
|
Redeem items that are not claimed after two weeks will be forfeited and points will not be refunded.
|
|
13.
|
NSK has the right to change the terms and conditions of redemption without any prior notice. All new requirements will replace the old terms and conditions.
|
|
14.
|
N-Card members that want to make point redemption must agree to all conditions set above. |
