N-Card is a programme that benefits to all our value nsk customer. You can collect N-Card points while also enjoying our special member price every time you shop with us. You get 1 point for every RM1 you spend in store. Once you have collected N-Card points, we are preparing to rebate you with our special gift. The redemption programme is open to all customer every year in a selective enjoyable month.

HOW TO SIGN-UP?

Just visit our Customer Service Desk at NSK outlets and fill in the N-Card Application Form and get your N-Card on the spot. Start using N-Card immediately to enjoying our special member price and collecting N-Card Points.

TERMS & DISCLAIMERS OF NSK N-CARD MEMBERSHIP
|
|
|
1.
|
The application is open to all customers under NSK Group.
|
|
2.
|
N-Card is not a credit card or charge card.
|
|
3.
|
Applications from employees and promoters of NSK is not allowed.
|
|
4.
|
N-Card to be renewed every year with the rate of RM10.00 per card.
|
|
5.
|
The points will be forfeited if the N-Card is not renewed after a period of six months.
|
|
6.
|
All members are required to display N-Card before making payment at the counters. The points will not be recorded if the customer fails to do so and any appeal will not be entertained .
|
|
7.
|
N-Card members are also required to indicate the N-Card when considering items for the price, any subsequent appeal will not be entertained.
|
|
8.
|
There will be the charge of RM10.00 for the new card replacement due to any damage, loss or duplicate of card fee.
|
|
9.
|
N-Card is not transferable or exchangeable.
|
|
10.
|
NSK is allowed to use the customer data for the promotion and marketing purposes.
|
|
11.
|
NSK has the right to withdraw the application of customers membership without prior notice if fraud or inadvertent error found.
|
|
12.
|
NSK is not responsible for the lost of cards.
|
|
13.
|
N-Card reward points are not transferable or treated as cash.
|
|
14.
|
The fee is not refundable upon customer membership cancellation or disagree on N-Card expiry renewal.
|
|
15.
|
NSK reserves the right to terminate the N-Card programme without giving any prior notice to the members.
|
|
16.
|
NSK reserves the right to change, add or update the terms and conditions of membership N-Card without giving prior notice to members and the new requirements would replace the old conditions automatically.
